Lesley J. Vos
Hi, curious! 🙂
I’m Lesley, a shy perpetuum mobile and lady of genius here, at Bid4Papers.
Nope, I don’t write essays and academic papers for students. With 5+ years of experience in web writing, I’ve joined Mike to do data research, content creation, and texts editing for this blog.
Why?
A private educator of the French language for high schoolers, I do understand students with all challenges they meet in college. The Bid4Papers blog is a perfect place to share my experience on college survival and writing, and I do that with the only weapon I have at my fingertips – words.
I write for living and pleasure, so you can find my texts at publications on education, digital marketing, freelance writing, literature, and entrepreneurship because they all are interests of mine.
I am a down-the-line humanitarian, so I won’t be able to help you with differential equations or the big bang theory. (Instead, I watch BBT with Sheldon Cooper driving me nuts!) But I am ready to discuss books, travels, movies, linguistics, and arts with you: they all inspire me and motivate to do my work better.
Nobody’s perfect, and I continue polishing my writing skills. Jon Morrow, Aaron Orendorff, and Henneke Duistermaat are the gurus reminding me that sky is the limit and my best text is yet ahead.
Networking and friendship are kings, so don’t hesitate to contact me at lesley.j.vos [at] gmail.com or say hi on Twitter!
P.S. Coffee, foxes, and Neil Patel are triggers to reach me on the double.

Mike Hanski
Hey, I’m Mike. Welcome here.
I’m not sure if the world needs another college life blog, but I hope students can learn from my mistakes or the mistakes I see others make. Or maybe someone who reads my posts can find humor in this all, and will finally feel okay.
Here are some quick facts about me to start with:
Born and raised in Alaska (we don’t kid around much with winter is coming sort of things).
Location: somewhere in Europe, where everyone speaks Greek, hiding from student loan officers and writing my own version of A Song of Ice and Fire ending. I’ve got a couple of spoilers from George R. R. Martin via 12 hours of Twitter conversation, and I plan to enter the market with my A Dream of Spring version in case of… well, you know. And yes – that is my Big Plan.
Besides writing this blog and making music (got a Bachelor Degree in Music Theory), I enjoy some little things like: historical literature, cheese and wine, and travel around the globe. China is the next place to visit in my plans.
Here’s how to stay in touch if you want to tell me how to make this place better or if you just want to make friends or say hi: e-mail me at: Mike [at] bid4papers [dot] com

Samantha Engman
Hello and nice to know you!
I’m Samantha, but you may call me Sam. A marketing pro in disguise, now a content writer, I committed to spread knowledge on studying better while working (and writing) smarter. Of course, I never missed the occasion to join Mike and Lesley as a co-writer and editor for this blog.
Here’s my story:
Born and raised in Brisbane, Australia, in the land where everything tries to kill you. An itch for travel took me all across Europe during my post-grad year, and 10 years later washed ashore smelly and vibrant South East Asia. Here I indulge in the lifestyle of digital nomad and enjoy meeting hundreds of new people.
Besides writing, I love green smoothies, tequila and playing Sims. And I seriously have a theory that humanity might be just another Sims game for some kind of an omnipresent deity with an awesome sense of humor. I find human behaviors the most entertaining thing to observe and adore the great minds who learned how to manipulate them into making the world a better place, namely Steve Jobs, Leo Burnett and Jimmy Wales.
I love to keep connected, so do feel free to share your thoughts (or just send a Hi and a funny cat pic) to [email protected], or follow via Twitter.
Yours truly,
– Sam
