  • How do you select and evaluate your writers?

  • Where are you located, and where is my writer from?

    The company is based in Cyprus. Here, at, we hire writers from all over the world, both English-speaking and non-English-speaking countries. In case you want to know your writer's specific location, you are free to ask him about that in chat directly.

  • What is a writer's rating, and what do writers' awards mean?

    A writer's rating system was developed to ensure a clear competition among our writers. It will help customers choose the right author, and it always encourages our writers to do their best on every order. This rating is calculated automatically, and it is based on every customer's vote. You are also able to see the number of a writer's completed orders there to understand how many customers could rate him by now. A writer's awards system is also developed to encourage the writers and help you choose the best one for your order.   • What does the writer’s warning mean?

    A writer's warning can be given by our Quality Assurance team who monitors the performance of every writer in details to make sure they do their job best, and we employ only the most qualified ones. This warning means, that the writer is given a chance to improve his work; if there is still no improvement, we stop working with this writer. A writer may be given a warning because of plagiarism, inadequate chat with a customer, failure to work on time, or any other problem indicated by a customer.

  • Can I chat with my writer?

    Yes, sure. A live chat with your writer is the best way to make him understand your order's details and do his job best.

Order Process

  • When will my paper be done?

    You are free to set a deadline, when you initially fill the order form out. Unless you negotiate this information, your paper will be completed by this date. If your deadline has been changed, you are strongly recommended to tell your writer about it in a chat for him to complete your order in time.

  • How will I receive my paper?

    You are free to download your paper in MS Word or PDF format just after your writer is paid for this order. You will have a specific button appeared at your order's page: just click on it to save the paper on your computer.

  • Do you provide revisions?

    Yes, such a service is available here. You are welcome to upload your draft and order its revision, where editing and proofreading will be also included.

  • What does happen to my order, if the payment is charged back?

    Please, note, that all your orders in progress will be canceled by our system, if you charge back a bigger amount than the one available at your Bid4Papers balance. To solve this problem, you are welcome to contact our support team and get all the info needed.

  • Can I modify my order requirements?

    To do that, just click the “View/Edit” button at your order page. Please, note: if the writer has already started working on your order, we recommend you to contact him in chat directly and discuss all changes to your initial requirements (titles, number of pages, deadlines, etc.). All minor edits can be done in existing task; otherwise, please cancel it and place a new order.

  • What does “rewriting” and “editing” services mean?

    If you have a draft of your paper already, you can ask our writers to check and improve it. To do that, you are asked to upload your initial text. Editing service is a change of up to 25-30% of your content, including proofreading and proper formatting. Rewriting service is a change of up to 70% of your content, including editing, revision, and proofreading.

  • What does a service “To list an order as featured” mean?

    This is a service that helps you attract more writers to your order and choose the best one as a result. When your order is featured, it appears in the list of top orders all writers see, so, your chances to get your paper completed faster become higher. You are welcome to purchase this service when your order has its “Bidding” status (the price is $4.95 only).

  • What if I forgot my password?

    Just click the “Forgot Password” link, and follow the instructions.

  • Can I get online tests done by your writers, such as multiple choice tests, check boxes, T/F, etc?

    We believe it is the responsibility of students to pass tests on their own, whether online or on paper. In terms of a multiple choice test or any other kind of online tests, it is quite difficult to assess how a writer of ours would do on one.
    If you have ordered us to complete an exam, it will be automatically cancelled. Including orders to complete tests, do not share any personal information with us. It can compromise your own security and possibly your standing in your educational institution.

  • Are you socially responsible?

    Yes, the company is socially responsible and adheres to established general social morals and tenets. That is why we do not provide papers on some controversial topics, namely:

    • Gay marriage
    • Abortion

    If an order falls under one of these controversial topics, it will be automatically cancelled.

Payment and Confidentiality Issues

  • What are my payment options?

    You can load money to your Bid4Papers account and pay from there.

  • Is it safe to submit payments through your site?

    Yes, it is. You can submit payments through your Bid4Papers account with no fear, as it is really safe and secure to do that.

  • Is there any Money Back Guarantee?

    Our clients pay to writers, using the “Release” button. If you have paid like this already, your money may not be refunded. Check “Money Back Guarantee” section to learn more.

  • Can I get a discount?

    We do not have any exact system of discounts, as we try not to interfere into the process of bidding between writers and customers. So, it runs on a market basis.

  • Is this service confidential? guarantees you 100% of confidentiality. We do not share any your personal information, but we do not control your personal live chat with a writer as well. We guarantee, that no your info (name, e-mail, location) will be disclosed, unless you tell it to your writer in your chat directly. Check our “Confidential Policy” to learn more.

  • Can I delete my account?

    Yes, you can delete your account anytime. If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in or restore your account. The Support Team will not be able to restore your account as well. If you want to use our service again, please create a new account.

  • What happens to an order if the payment is charged back?

    If you charge back a certain amount from your account, the same amount is withdrawn from your Bid4Papers balance. Mind that in case the amount you charge back is bigger than the amount available at your balance, the orders in progress will be cancelled automatically by the system. In order to resolve the issue, you may contact the Support Team by initiating a query and resolve the chargeback.
